Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Apex AI Automation ("Apex AI," "we," "us") collects when you use apex-ai-automation.net (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Apex AI Automation is operated by an individual based in Ukraine. You can reach us at support@apex-ai-automation.net.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Your password is never stored in readable form — we keep only a salted cryptographic hash of it. If you join with a friend's invite link, we record which account invited you so we can apply invite bonuses.

Chats. If you're signed in, the messages you send and the AI's replies are saved to your account so you can return to them. You can delete any saved chat at any time. If you chat without an account, your messages are used to generate a reply and are not saved to our database.

Waitlist. If you join a waitlist for a paid plan, we collect your email address, the plan you chose, where on the site you joined, and, if you're signed in, a link to your account.

Technical information. We receive your IP address and browser information with each request. For visitors without an account, we store only a one-way hash of the IP address to enforce daily free-message limits. For signed-in sessions, we store the IP address and browser user agent with the session for security. We also count how many free messages are used each day.

Visit and source information. If you arrive through a link with a source label (for example apex-ai-automation.net/?ref=instagram), your browser remembers that label so we can see which channels bring people to Apex AI. We count visits per source per day without storing who visited, and we save the label with your account or waitlist signup. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.

We don't collect payment information (paid plans aren't available yet), and we don't use advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

3. How AI processing works

To answer you, your messages (and earlier messages in the same conversation) are sent to an AI model. Today these models run on Cloudflare Workers AI. We may use other AI providers in the future, for example for paid plans, and we'll update this policy when we do.

We don't use your chats to train AI models. Please don't share sensitive personal information — such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information — in chats. AI replies can be wrong, so check anything important.

4. Service providers

We rely on these providers, who process information on our behalf to run the Service:

Our database is hosted in Western Europe, and our providers may process information in the United States, the European Union, and other countries where they operate.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar storage to check that requests come from real people. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only:

7. How long we keep information

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

You can delete saved chats yourself in the app. For anything else, email support@apex-ai-automation.net from the address linked to your account or waitlist signup, so we can confirm the request is yours. We aim to respond within 30 days and no later than 45 days. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

9. Notice for California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), in the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, and IP address) and internet or other electronic network activity (such as chat content, browser information, and usage counts). We collect them directly from you and your device, for the purposes described in section 2, and disclose them only to the service providers in section 4.

We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You can use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of their authorization.

10. Children

The Service isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you're between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact support@apex-ai-automation.net and we'll delete it.

11. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and limited access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll give notice on the site or by email.
